What is a certified LSP Facilitator?
An LSP facilitator is certified in the design and facilitation of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) workshops. The four-day Facilitator Certification Program covers theory, practice, design and facilitation with the method and its standard applications for business, organisational, team and personal development.
Why is it important be trained and certified by the Association of Master Trainers in LSP?
As LSP is a facilitated process, the results and impacts are directly related to the quality of the facilitation. Thus, the objective of the Association is to maintain and develop the LSP method safeguarding its integrity and quality, as well as to ensure an exceptional LSP experience.
