The Association of Master Trainers in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator Training in Melbourne

We’re excited to offer this training from the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) Method, developed by Robert Rasmussen and Per Kristiansen.

What is a certified LSP Facilitator?

An LSP facilitator is certified in the design and facilitation of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) workshops. The four-day Facilitator Certification Program covers theory, practice, design and facilitation with the method and its standard applications for business, organisational, team and personal development.

Why is it important be trained and certified by the Association of Master Trainers in LSP?

As LSP is a facilitated process, the results and impacts are directly related to the quality of the facilitation. Thus, the objective of the Association is to maintain and develop the LSP method safeguarding its integrity and quality, as well as to ensure an exceptional LSP experience.

The Association of Master Trainers in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator Training in Auckland

What differentiates the Association’s facilitator training from other LSP Facilitator training programs?
The Association’s Certification Training is the only program that includes the essential parts of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, which are the 4 step Core Process and the seven Application Techniques. Thus the training curriculum covers the full scope of what the methodology encompasses and can offer.

Who should attend?

Anyone interested in innovative and engaging ways of facilitating a group in any organisation or industry sector.

  • For those already experienced in LSP, this training offers the opportunity for certification to design and facilitate with confidence and support.

  • For those new to LSP, the method is based on a set of fundamental beliefs about leadership and organisations: that leaders don’t hold all the answers, that people naturally want to contribute and if all team members contribute the results will be more sustainable. If this kind of engagement is what your organisation aspires to, then LSP is for you.

What will you learn and receive?

This is the essential facilitator training that will cover your needs for applying LSP broadly and teaches the core process, the application techniques, and the supporting theories. The LSP training program is hands-on, minds-on and is delivered in a fun and intense “leaning-in” atmosphere. Participants experience first and then reflect on that experience.

This applied training course provides a comprehensive understanding and practice on how to design and facilitate LSP workshops. You will experience multiple workshop designs while learning the theory at the heart of LSP. Upon completion of this program, you will be qualified to design and facilitate workshops in the LSP method.

You will receive a comprehensive facilitator manual and supplementary documentation. There is also on-going individual support following your training to guide you on your LSP facilitator journey.
